To purchase, simply select your preferred option. The dates refer to the week in which the programme starts, so will always be a Monday. The day refers to the day on which the weekly coaching calls take place, so you can select a day that suits you best. 

E.g. if Tuesdays are the best day for you to attend a coaching call, you might select '31st July 2023 Tues'. This programme will start on 31st July, so you will sent your materials each Monday from that date onwards, but your coaching calls will take place on Tuesdays each week. 

Coaching calls usually take place at 3pm GMT/BST, but may be moved to a different time some weeks. You will be notified of the call times in advance, and recordings will be sent to all participants. You will also be invited to submit any questions in advance if you cannot attend live.
