This is the perfect course for those who don't know where to start with building a nutrition plan for themselves. I recommend enrolling on this programme before committing to one of my specialist, in-depth programmes (though not compulsory).

Programme length: 4 weeks 

This course includes pre-recorded videos and written content which will be sent to you at the beginning of each week for you to work through at your own pace. You'll be sent recipe cards with follow-along videos, cheat sheets, suggested meal plans, shopping lists and everything you need to get started. 

It also includes 2 live interactive online classes for you to ask all your burning questions. These sessions will be recorded so you can still access them if you are not able to attend live. You will also have access to a dedicated Facebook group to ask questions and receive support. 

You'll be able to keep all of the written content sent to you for future use, and will have access to the main course videos and Facebook support group for 3 months, so don't worry if you fall behind. I know life can get busy!
